Added compat for using an axe on an overweight onion block on a cutting board
Added compat with Frame Changer 's obsidian decor
Considered adding illagers to the onion_onion:unaffected_by_onions tag, but ultimately decided that they probably would still get hurt by them but enjoy the pain (the little freaks)
