Ceilands 1.19.2-0.7 (QuiFabrge)

Changelog

This is a backport of the 0.7 mod content update for Minecraft 1.19.2. Note that not all changes made the cut but the majority should be in.

I would still recommend using 1.20.1, but the backport should ideally make the Ceilands still feel like it has content.

  • Added a new block set: Roofshale. Roofshale is found near the ceiling and can be made into polished and brick variant. Even chisellable too.
  • Added a new mob: Castle Lord. The first miniboss of the Ceilands!
    • Has 100 Health, wears a full Castle Lord armour set, and wields an Iron Sword (for now.)
    • Can open doors so be careful!
    • Drops a piece of Castle Lord armour set. Note that it currently doesn't increase damage unlike later versions.
  • Added six new advancements, bringing the total number of advancements to 10.
    • Sleeping on Cloud Nine: Use a Bed in the Ceilands.
    • Price Ceiling: Make a trade in the Ceilands.
    • Daredeal: Make a trade in the Ceilands while standing at Y of 1 or below. Prepare for a lot of anxiety on this one.
    • Loot Cubed: Loot a chest in Ocean Cubes.
    • Usurper: Defeat the Castle Lord.
    • Fit for a Royalty: Obtain a full set of Castle Lord armour.
  • Updated Hanging Castle:
    • Chains now extend all the way to the ceiling or strong supporting blocks.
    • Integrated Roofshale in structure.
    • Castle Lord now spawns within throne room.
  • Updated Ceillages:
    • Ceiltrunk variant now has chains extending all the way to the ceiling.
  • Added many new translation lines for future content.
  • Added Ceiltrunk & Luzawood Ceillages to Village tags.
  • Made adjustments to reduce the likelihood of stray Ceiltrunk leaves seemingly generating without trunks randomly on mossy floor.
  • Improved Ruined Ceilands Portals by adding structure void thus the air of the lower half of the structure won't overwrite terrain or structures.
  • Buffed the spawn frequency of animal mobs in most Ceilands biomes. Finding animals should be much easier now. This makes Luzawood Forest a much more ideal biome to live in.
  • Increased the frequency of Ruined Ceilands Portals, appearing 50% more often.
  • Tweaked the generation of Colossal Ceilshrooms so a moss block should be generated at the base of the stem, and made it less likely to generate in illogical location.
  • Refactored several code to make it less redundant and to make it easier to maintain:
    • Registration process is done on the common side.
    • Due to Forge jank in 1.19.2, it had to be different from 1.21.1. Thanks Forge.
