Goal with 1.9.X is that basically optimize the game to it's maximum while maybe butchering some mod compatibility along the way (all the mods on qol pack will stay regardless)

The textures being broken randomly issue is still persists, we found out that it is an mod issue tho. So any research would be appriciated.
