Renaming everything in Modded MC to get rid of duplicates forever (Maple, Cattails, Silver, Limestone, Chalk, etc)

Renames content to preserve compatibility between the 4 major biome mods as well as Terralith, Environmental, Atmospheric, Autumnity, Upgrade Aquatic, Wetland Whimsy, and Jaden's Nether Expansion.
